Proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience; greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner. 2. Monitors entry area for visitors and guests, greets, and directs as necessary, answers incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forwards and takes messages, receives and sends packages for residents, assists with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages.
