Job Description
About the Role At Keller Williams Realty Professionals, our real estate agents are our primary clients. We are looking for a service-driven, tech-savvy Agent Services Coordinator to main line of support for our market center. In this role, you will be the driving force behind agent onboarding, daily agent support, leadership support, and front-office culture. Key Responsibilities Agent Onboarding & Integration:
Lead a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience for new real estate agents—setting up accounts, guiding them through initial systems training, and making them feel supported from Day 1.Day-to-Day Agent Support:
Act as the primary concierge for agent inquiries, helping them navigate office platforms, tools, and daily operational needs.Front Office Operations & Culture:
Greet clients and visitors, open and close the office daily, answer phones and emails, maintain office cleanliness, handle inventory upkeep, and serve as the first impression of the market center.Vendor Relationships:
Coordinate vendor presentations and sponsorships.Marketing Support:
Knowledge of Canva for projects and proofing graphics created by our marketing team.Culture & Social Media Engagement:
Capture real-time video/photo content around the office, record events and agent highlights, and actively participate in creating a fun, engaging, and energetic culture both in-person and on our social channels.What We Are Looking For Service-First Mindset:

Quick to learn new software systems, comfortable troubleshooting basic tech tools, and proficient with Canva, AI tools and social platforms.Clear Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting info or running orientations in front of small groups.Organization & Follow-Through:
Exceptional ability to manage leadership requests, maintain onboarding workflows, and keep all operational tasks on track simultaneously while handling frequent agent requests.Flexibility & Resourcefulness:
Highly adaptable with a "can-do" attitude—ready to step up and handle unpredictable, varied tasks that go beyond the everyday job description.Background:
2+ years in a customer support or hospitality role. Real estate experience is a plus, but not requiredJob Type:
