00 per hour Part-Time | Flexible Schedule America's Hospitality Group (AHG) is hiring professional, dependable Concierge / Resident Services team members for a new luxury residential community in Fort Lauderdale. We are building our part-time and flex team with immediate openings for Monday morning, Friday night, weekend, and overnight coverage . You do not need to be available for every shift. We are looking for multiple strong candidates who can help cover different scheduling needs. Current Schedule Needs Monday morning Friday night Saturday and Sunday Weekend overnight Additional shifts as available Flexible availability is a plus. What You'll Do Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professional hospitality Deliver exceptional concierge and resident service Assist with resident requests, packages, deliveries, and guest access Monitor front desk and property activity Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports Communicate important information between shifts and management Follow property procedures and emergency protocols Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming concierge environment Assist with additional resident and property needs as needed What We're Looking For Concierge, luxury residential, hotel, front desk, guest services, hospitality, resident services, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail Basic computer and written communication skills Weekend and/or overnight availability is a plus About America's Hospitality Group America's Hospitality Group (AHG) provides concierge, resident services, valet, and hospitality operations for luxury residential communities across major U.S. markets.
