Job Description
The Dental Boutique Trinity is looking for a Rock Star Treatment Coordinator and Dental Concierge! In-Office Espresso Machine Core Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
- Mastery of dental insurance verification and billing
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. You are the first and last impression our patients have of our office!
- Comfortable discussing financials, collecting payments, and presenting treatment plans
- Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and help patients move forward with their care
- Must be willing to have comfortable and confident conversations with patients about cost and insurance
- Eagerness to follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Impeccable organization for scheduling, record keeping, and insurance management
- A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
