About This Position Luxury Apartment Community Rover Security Officer $20.00 We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Rover Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious luxury apartment community. The ideal candidate is well-groomed, computer savvy, energetic, personable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires an individual who enjoys interacting with residents, guests, and staff while helping create a safe, welcoming, and first-class living environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property. Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive resident experience. Monitor property activity and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior. Handle resident package management and deliveries accurately and efficiently. Assist residents and guests with questions, directions, and general property information. Complete daily activity reports and maintain accurate documentation using computer-based systems. Support front desk and concierge operations as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and outstanding customer service mindset. Comfortable using computers, email, and security software platforms. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Reliable, dependable, and capable of working independently. Previous security, hospitality, concierge, luxury residential, or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
