Job Description

Job Summary:
The Doorperson at Two North Breakers Row serves as the initial point of contact for residents upon their arrival. The individual is responsible for warmly greeting and aiding residents by handling and delivering packages and luggage to their designated units. Additionally, the Doorperson attends to resident vehicles and offers valet services. Possession of a valid Florida driver's license is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
1) Welcome and support residents and guests with a strong focus on politeness, approachability, and a genuine willingness to assist. 2) Carry out package deliveries efficiently. 3) Provide valet parking for resident and guest vehicles.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, guests, and team members. Possession of a valid Florida driver's license. Physical ability to lift and move packages and luggage as needed. Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
