Job Description
Job Summary The Concierge supports the General Manager and Detail Supervisor by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining efficient daily operations, and ensuring a premium client experience. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle storage and movement, supporting detailing operations, maintaining accurate client and vehicle records, and ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and operating safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. This position plays a key role in building lasting client relationships, supporting business growth, and upholding Car Locker's commitment to exceptional service. Core Competencies Service-first, ethical mindset Results-driven and accountable Strong communication and teamwork Kind, empathetic, and client-focused Dependable and adaptable Key Responsibilities Answer calls and texts promptly; maintain a no-voicemail culture during business hours. Enter and maintain client information in Car Locker software. Assist clients with storage, detailing, maintenance, repairs, and consignment needs. Complete daily opening/closing procedures and maintain facility cleanliness. Coordinate vehicle check-in/check-out, document vehicle condition, and update parking records. Maintain client files, required documentation, and monthly vehicle storage reports. Support detail operations, inspect vehicles, manage supplies, and follow safety/OSHA standards. Assist with social media content, Cars & Coffee, and other company events. Escalate client concerns promptly to management. Prioritize daily tasks, support team needs, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related experience. Strong customer service and communication skills (B2B experience preferred). Valid driver's license with good driving record. Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Car detailing certification (obtained through company program after hire). Spanish bilingual skills preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a warehouse environment. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. May work additional hours as business needs require.
