Type:
full-time This is a Part Time Spa Concierge/Front Desk position. Greet and assist guests and members warmly and professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities and services. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding Spa services and offerings. Schedule appointments for spa treatments and other services. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent attention to detail skills. Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
