This is a trusted leadership support position that combines clinical knowledge, office coordination, client admissions, and field support. The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is professional, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients while supporting the daily operations of the agency. Essential Responsibilities Assist with client admissions and intake appointments. Accompany the CEO to admissions, supervisory visits, and community appointments. Assist with caregiver supervision and support. Help maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist with scheduling and daily office operations. Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and healthcare providers. Assist with compliance activities, audits, and operational projects. Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency operations. Minimum Qualifications Current CNA certification required. LPNs are encouraged to apply. Previous healthcare experience required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to travel locally as needed. Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends when necessary.
