Answer and route calls, offering general information and directions as needed. Maintain the Independent Living Census, handle admissions and discharge, and communicate updates to relevant staff. Manage package, prescription, and flower deliveries by logging items and notifying residents for pick-up. Oversee guest suite reservations, including coordinating with housekeeping and food service, and ensure proper checkout processes.
