Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Healthcare Concierge to join our senior living community. This role serves as a welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a supportive, respectful, and engaging environment. The Healthcare Concierge plays a key role in enhancing the overall resident experience by assisting with daily needs, coordinating services, and fostering meaningful connections.

Requirements:
Have at least 2-4 years of experience in customer service/relations Must enjoy working with seniors. Have a desire to work with and make a daily difference in the lives of the geriatric population. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines Possess good public relations, communication, general office, clerical and telephone skills Must be independent and self-motivated. Responsible in assisting all staff to proactively ensure resident needs are met Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to relate well to residents and their families Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.
