About The Position The Member Experience Associate (MEA) is responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all members and guests. The MEA is the heartbeat of the Venture X community - the first face members and guests see each day. This role goes beyond front desk support; it's about curating a warm, professional, and memorable experience at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and takes genuine pride in hospitality This position reports to the Community Manager of Venture X Frederick and is not eligible for remote work.

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk and Café

Area:

Greet all members and guests that enter the office Answer phone and respond to missed calls Attend member requests that can be taken care of at the front desk and escalate requests as needed Monitor the location email account and respond in a timely manner Responsible for keeping common areas clean and tidy Responsible for transitioning meeting rooms Inventory observation Stocking/restocking Café/Kitchen Run dishwasher and put clean dishes away daily Clean coffee machines daily Wipe down counters and tables at regular intervals and as needed Refresh furniture and decor with team as needed

Virtual Office and Mail:

Oversee Virtual Office Member services Handle inquiries, leads, and sales related to Virtual Office Documentation for all virtual office embers Sorting and distributing mail Update the Postal Mailbox (PMB) log report weekly

Sales, Tours, and Bookings:

Enter new lead data in HubSpot (confirm details of automated message data) Assist in scheduling tours Daily awareness of Space and Meeting Room bookings Communicating with clients to pay and confirm their booking invoices Assist in tracking and moving events, meeting room bookings, and Virtual Office leads through the HubSpot pipeline Update the Booking page daily in the morning

Events:

Responsible for amenity space bookings (event space, day office, day pass, and meeting room/conference room bookings) Collaborate with team for monthly Venture X events Coordinate, set up, and break down Venture X events and member events as needed Clean up after Venture X events For after-office hours events: collect information, shares with Manager for approval or decline

Communication, Social Media, and Training:

Collaborate with team on all communications Communication about events: social media, flyers, emails, etc Record and send event/space media in point for Social Media approval Assist with training new staff (as applicable)

Requirements:

? Friendly, professional, energetic, self-motivated 2-3 years of experience in hospitality and/or customer service setting highly preferred Office or Facilities experience a plus Sales experience a plus Able to work onsite daily Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Flexibility to work after-hour events and/or weekends preferred High school diploma or GED, required Bachelor's degree preferred Basic knowledge of virtual mail preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone and business etiquette skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office highly preferred Proficiency in Canva, Yardi, and Hubspot preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds Notary public, optional Benefits for

Compensation & Hours:
Salary Range:

$45,000 - $50,000 annually Additional financial incentives, bonuses, commissions, and raises are available in addition to base salary.

Hours:

40 hours per week, typically between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Payroll:

Bi-weekly schedule
