Concierge opening at our Largo Landing community located in Upper Marlboro, MD.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for General office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee's ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable. Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate individual or take messages as needed. Provide information to residents and prospects, directing them to restaurants, transportation, and current local events. Accept deliveries and track packages. Maintain refreshment area. Follow up on completed maintenance requests. Abides by Fair Housing Laws. Other duties as assigned.
OCCASIONAL FUNCTIONS
Receive, sort, and direct incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services. Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Physical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or standing for periods of time. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
GENERAL:
Hours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community. This position may be required to work on weekends as necessary.
