Front Desk Our Pet Retreat is looking for a outgoing fun and professional Front desk lead We are looking for a confident dog lover who would want to join our team and work at our Front Desk. The Front Desk person will be responsible for assisting with dog and people check-in, verifying registrations, helping people get their dogs registered, verifying vaccines, and helping people with any other questions they might have about the park.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and their dogs Check voicemail and return customer calls as soon as possible Process check-ins and check-outs and other service and product transactions Review and confirm registrations for dogs Review and confirm vaccines for dogs Keep the lobby and front desk areas clean and organized Communicate to dog care staff, supervisors/managers any dog-related or customer issues Ability to function in a noisy working environment Ensure operational compliance and client experieance Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Shifts will range from 6 to 8 hours at a time and we are looking for candidates that are available nights and on the weekends.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
