Guest Coordinator (Part-Time) St. Paul Salon St. Paul, MN 17-20 hours per week

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, with hours varying based on salon needs We're seeking a warm, professional, and welcoming Guest Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our salon guests. In this role, you'll help create a positive first impression, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure every client feels valued, cared for, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients warmly and help create a welcoming salon atmosphere.
• Answer phones and provide clear information about salon services.
• Schedule and manage appointments using the salon booking system.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and recommend products when appropriate.
• Coordinate with stylists and keep the front desk organized and running smoothly.
• Handle light administrative tasks and respond to client concerns with empathy and professionalism. Ideal Candidate
• Has customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience; beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Communicates in a friendly, professional manner and stays organized.
• Can multitask calmly in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Is comfortable learning salon software; training will be provided.
• Is reliable, punctual, flexible, and enjoys connecting with people. What We Offer
