What You'll Do As a Guest Experience Concierge, you'll help create an exceptional experience from arrival to departure by: Greeting every guest with warmth and professionalism Checking guests in and managing appointment flow Offering complimentary beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere Answering phone calls, texts, and online inquiries Scheduling appointments and recommending services Educating guests on memberships, packages, and retail products Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautiful reception area Assisting service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Building relationships with returning guests by learning names and preferences Supporting daily opening and closing procedures We're Looking For Someone Who Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences Loves talking with people and making others feel comfortable Is polished, professional, and well-groomed Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has excellent communication and organizational skills Is dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Enjoys working as part of a team Is comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Luxury spa Hotel concierge Front desk Reception Customer service Hospitality Fine dining Luxury retail Medical spa Dental or medical office No experience in the beauty industry?
