This is not a "cool shop job." This is a client-facing, hospitality role inside a professional studio. Most people who walk through our door are excited but also nervous, some for the first time in their life. Your job is to read that and turn it into comfort. What this role actually is You're responsible for the experience from the moment someone walks in.

You will:

Greet every client immediately and set the tone Help nervous or first-time clients feel comfortable and talk them through what to expect Guide people toward the right service or artist Manage phones, booking flow, deposits, and consult scheduling Recommend upgrades and add-ons naturally Keep the front-of-house clean, calm, and organized Ask for reviews at the right moment What matters most Real emotional intelligence, the ability to read a nervous person and know what to say Confidence handling difficult situations Professionalism under pressure Reliability and consistency Schedule Part-time, consistent schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week, approximately 30 hours per week. Evening availability required. This is a set schedule, not rotating. Good fit if You've worked hospitality, retail, spa, or medical/dental front desk You're comfortable guiding conversations and making recommendations You take reliability seriously Not for you if You want a "fun shop job" or a path into tattooing You're inconsistent with attendance You avoid difficult conversations Pay $20 per hour to start. 30-day review, if you're doing a great job we'll talk about a raise.
