Purpose:

This role is your chance to embody these values as the driving force behind the success of Brewhalla's overnight hospitality service and building cleanliness. You'll create exceptional customer experiences for all guests while assisting guests with any hotel needs, checking in guests to the Brewhalla Hotel, fielding questions and phone calls from guests, and ensuring the building and event spaces are prepared and ready to go for each new day. This position is built for someone who is a self-starter, ready to melt people's faces off with incredible hospitality and attention to detail.

As an overnight concierge & facilities attendant your role is to ensure customers feel the full magic of the Drekker brand through every interaction with our: Environment Customers should walk into a hotel/hotel room that is impeccable and ready for their stay The Brewhalla entrance area, hallways, public spaces, and bathrooms are clean and welcoming Service Customers are treated to efficient, friendly, and above-and-beyond service Team members are experts in our hotel and can offer prompt problem solving service Seamless booking, check-in and check-out experiences Issues are handled with a can-do attitude and fast resolutions that leave the customer satisfied

Duties and Responsibilities Handle all overnight hotel guest needs (reservation creations, late check-ins, housekeeping needs, noise complaints, misc other issues) Answer all overnight emergency phone calls and texts that come in Complete a nightly cleaning check list to ensure the building is ready for the next day Set event spaces for following booked events to specifications Prep the housekeeping room and carts for the next day's use Personal Skills Required 21 years of age or older Ability to problem solve on the fly Ability to work independently in an efficient manner Stellar communication skills — in person, over the phone, or in writing The ability to multitask Detail-oriented and dependable — guests and teammates can count on you Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift Ability to lift and carry up to 25-35 lbs regularly (linens, supplies, event equipment) and up to 50 lbs occasionally Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays are a part of this role) This is your chance to be part of a team that lives its values and creates something truly memorable for our customers.
