THE JOB:
Be the face of an unforgettable guest experience! As a receptionist, you'll combine strong organizational skills with a passion for service, handling administrative responsibilities while creating a warm and welcoming environment. At MGM Resorts International, you'll help set the tone for excellence with every interaction.THE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issuesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday is Required 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience is PreferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
