Bridal Attendant KemperSports - Union County Golf Courses Kenilworth, NJ Job Details Part-time $17 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Event venue experience Customer communication Interpersonal skills Customer service In-person customer service Direct client contact Hospitality industry experience Banquet experience Cleaning Full Job Description Review all Wedding Documents (Including, but not limited to: Banquet Event Orders, Ceremony Processional and Recessionals sheets, Reception Maps and Wedding Decoration Checklists), to be knowledgeable on the wedding day details and responsibilities Serve the couple throughout reception to ensure they experience excellent customer service Orchestrate ceremony details and assist Day of Coordinator with the rehearsal and the ceremony Drive the bridal party on the golf course for photos Responsible for the set-up of wedding décor items (place cards, favors, card box, menus, etc.) Set up and serve the bridal party refreshments in the designated suites Clean and pack up the wedding decorations at the end of the night and schedule a pickup Assist the Maitre'd during the reception (gathering VIP guests and bridal party for the cake cutting, dancing, bouquet toss, and other formalities). Communicate with Vendors and ensure appropriate timings and setup The ideal candidate would have experience in banquets and hospitality. Prior wedding experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Candidate must be personable, neatly groomed, and able to work as part of a team. Evening and weekend availability required.
