As the first point of contact for guests, you'll help create a beautiful and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities:

Greet guests and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit Provide water and refreshments to guests and bridal parties Set up hospitality appointment upgrades (champagne service, décor, special seating, etc.) Support bridal stylists by keeping fitting rooms and suites clean and organized Return bridal gowns to the showroom floor and maintain dress organization Maintain a clean, tidy, and polished showroom environment at all times Restock supplies such as cups, waters, tissues, and product displays Provide warm, attentive service to all guests throughout the salon

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred (not required) Friendly, professional, and polished communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment Ability to stand, walk, and move gowns throughout the shift (light to moderate lifting)
