This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping residents, guests, vendors, and property teams while maintaining a calm, organized, and service-oriented front desk environment. At BABCO, we provide customized building service solutions, including janitorial, maintenance, concierge, and special projects, helping properties operate smoothly and delivering a high-quality experience to residents, guests, and clients. This role is also important because the selected candidate may be considered for emergency coverage opportunities when urgent staffing needs arise. We are looking for someone dependable, responsive, and ready to support the property when coverage is needed. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, vendors, supervisors, and property management. Monitor the front desk and maintain a strong customer service presence. Assist residents and guests with questions, requests, and general property information. Manage phone calls, emails, visitor logs, and front desk communication. Support package handling, resident notifications, and access procedures when required. Follow property policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols. Report incidents, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate team. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Collaborate with supervisors, property management, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Remain flexible and responsive for potential emergency coverage needs. Qualifications Professional English communication skills are required. Previous experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, residential property, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability are required. Ability to remain calm and professional during overnight hours and emergency situations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic computer skills and ability to manage emails, logs, and property systems. Experience with platforms such as Yardi, BuildingLink, ActiveBuilding, RentCafe, ButterflyMX, or similar systems is a plus.
