Who are we looking for? The Agent Services Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Market Center's culture and growth. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented leader who understands that our associates and recruits are our primary customers. You are not just managing a desk; you are managing the entire experience of our office. You must be a "master of the calendar" who can anticipate conflicts before they happen. You are someone who thrives on deadlines, loves organizing complex events like Red Day or the annual Holiday Party, and possesses the social confidence to coordinate with high-level sponsors and instructors. What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
Event Architecture:
Create comprehensive timelines and checklists for major yearly events including the ALC Retreat, Pool Parties, and Holiday Auctions.
Recruitment Support:
Identify and highlight recruits from event sign-in sheets to assist the Team Leader in growth efforts.
Education Coordination:
Own the training room calendar, confirm all instructors and sponsors weekly, and ensure all marketing materials (flyers/digital) are current.
Digital Presence:
Manage event registration via Eventbrite and Punchbowl, and promote all classes through email, text, and Facebook groups.
Leadership Integration:
Participate in daily huddles and weekly growth calls to provide headcounts and updates that affect the productivity of the Market Center.
Communication Hub:
Maintain a 24-hour response standard for all office inquiries and keep the leadership agenda and other reporting up to date. Assist Director of Operations and leadership team with administrative duties Help to share Market Center value story. Keep updated records
System Audit & Optimization:
Regularly identify operational bottlenecks—such as underperforming communication loops or manual tracking—and implement scalable solutions without being prompted.
Qualifications Project Management:
Proven ability to turn in complex plans months in advance.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of Zoom, Google Contacts, Eventbrite etc.
Assist management team:
Provide critical administrative and logistical support to the Team Leader (TL) and Director of Operations (DOO) to enhance office productivity and agent recruitment
Relationship Driven:
Comfort in making "confirmation calls" to attendees, sponsors, and vendors to ensure 100% event readiness.
Solution-Based Leadership:
Ability to manage and take initiative on office-wide communication like newsletters and team meeting slides Knowledge/Skills Positive attitude and solution based Great verbal and communication skills Neat, clean, professional appearance People oriented Detail oriented and thorough High integrity Leadership, management, team-building skills Goal setting, planning Problem-solving skills Proactive Computer skills and experience as well as knowledge of Google Track record of success in past jobs/tasks
