Job Description
Description We are looking for a Concierge to deliver an elevated front-of-house experience in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury hospitality who can create a refined, welcoming atmosphere while overseeing reception activities, guest support, and meeting space readiness. The person in this role will serve as a visible ambassador for the office, combining excellent service, poise, and proactive support throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome employees, clients, and visitors with a highly attentive and hospitality-driven approach.
- Manage the front desk presence and ensure each in-person arrival receives attentive, seamless service.
- Escort guests to meeting spaces and help create a smooth, high-touch office experience.
- Prepare conference rooms for daily use by confirming they are organized, presentable, and ready for guests.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown while supporting select onsite meetings and gatherings.
- Partner closely with office services staff to maintain an organized, responsive, and guest-focused environment.
- Anticipate visitor and employee needs, offering thoughtful support before issues arise.
- Represent the office with a refined demeanor that reflects premium service standards. Requirements
- Background in front-of-house service within luxury hotels, boutique hospitality venues, private clubs, or other high-end service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to provide white-glove guest care in a detail-oriented setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, welcoming presence.
- Ability to balance reception coverage, guest support, and event-related tasks at the same time.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and scheduling tools to support daily operations.
- Consistently calm, composed, and detail-oriented when working in a visible client-facing role.
- Hotel experience is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to executive, member, or premium client support is a plus.
