Description Urgent Start of 9/8! We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Associate to support daily office hospitality operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving service environment and can deliver a detail-oriented, client-facing experience within a corporate setting. The person in this role will help keep meeting spaces, pantry areas, and beverage stations organized, stocked, and ready for use across multiple office floors. Success in this position requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach to high-volume support.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and reset conference rooms for meetings, ensuring spaces are arranged correctly before and after each use.
  • Oversee pantry and refreshment areas by replenishing snacks, beverages, and workplace essentials throughout the day.
  • Maintain coffee machines and beverage stations so they remain clean, functional, and ready for employees and guests.
  • Coordinate the delivery and presentation of coffee, tea, soft drinks, and catered items for meetings and events.
  • Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs promptly to help avoid shortages.
  • Provide hands-on support for office events, including larger room setups, breakdowns, and post-event cleanup.
  • Assist with hospitality coverage across several office floors, adjusting priorities based on traffic levels and business activity.
  • Contribute to a collaborative service culture by stepping in where needed and responding quickly to changing requests. Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, catering, hotel operations, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a corporate setting while maintaining a detail-oriented and service-driven presence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Comfortable following established setup standards and learning procedures quickly through on-the-job training.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to stay aware of surroundings in an active workplace.
  • Capable of moving at a fast pace, adapting to shifting priorities, and responding effectively in real time.
  • Clear communication skills, including knowing when to ask questions and take direction from supervisors and team members.
  • Familiarity with office support functions such as scanning, document handling, mailroom support, or multi-line phone coverage is a plus.
