This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone interested in developing hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, account support, and client relations. As an AT&T Associate, you will connect with customers, clients, and local businesses throughout Columbus, OH. You will learn about their wireless, internet, and communication needs, explain available AT&T products and services, and help them select options that align with their goals, preferences, and budget. AT&T Associate Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective customers, current clients, and local businesses throughout the assigned market. Build professional relationships through face-to-face conversations and consistent follow-up. Learn about each customer's wireless, internet, connectivity, and communication needs. Recommend appropriate solutions based on each customer's needs, preferences, and budget. Assist customers with service selections, account enrollment, and the completion of required information. Answer customer questions and provide professional, solution-focused support. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and completed accounts. Stay informed about current AT&T services, promotions, product options, and campaign updates. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support individual and campaign goals. Represent Almega Management and the AT&T campaign with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude. AT&T Associate Qualifications Be at least 18 years old. Have reliable transportation to our Columbus office and assigned market. Be available to work a full-time, in-person schedule. Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Be comfortable starting conversations and building relationships face to face. Demonstrate dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Be coachable, solution-oriented, organized, and motivated by goals. Be able to manage customer conversations and follow-up responsibilities.
