Job Description

The VIP Agent will provide exceptional guest service by ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the very first interaction, assisting guests with the VIP App and points redemption, and following up with customers. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate loaner car rentals with Enterprise and Hertz, including confirming vehicle availability, directing customers to rental car locations, extending rentals/updating rental company with return information, and checking on active rentals Manage on-site loaner cars, including collecting insurance and identification information, ensuring loaners cars are cleaned and gassed up, and completing walkarounds upon vehicle return, and reporting damages Assist guests with VIP point redemption and VIP App related inquiries Send follow up messages to customers post service appointments to ensure satisfaction with their visit Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution Greet customers and let them know a Service Advisor will be right with them Answer incoming calls, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate departments; respond to caller inquiries regarding service appointments and recall needs, providing quotes from menu board, recall information, maintenance recommendations and repair status updates Communicate professionally via phone, email, or text and update the customer?s file and/or texting interactions on an Excel sheet Schedule service appointments Perform other related duties as assigned
