Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team, 3pm (4pm

• 7pm to work evenings several times a week including weekends.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy assisting others, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and residents in a warm and welcoming manner
• Handle guest and resident inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Answer phone calls
• Answer front door
• Serve Meals to residents that are prepared by cook
• Engage with residents and guests between meals thru activities that have been put together by our

Life Enrichement Director Experience:

• Previous experience in guest relations, or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to assist others
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position is for someone seeking extra hours from a full time job, or someone who is looking for PT evening and Weekend work.
