We are hiring a Customer Relations Associate to join our growing team representing Verizon products and services in the local market. In this role, you'll be the face of the Verizon brand for new and existing customers — building relationships, answering questions, and helping people find the right products and services for their needs. No prior experience is required. We provide full training and hands-on mentorship, with a clear path toward leadership and management for top performers. What You'll Do as a
Customer Relations Associate:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers exploring Verizon products and services Build genuine relationships and deliver a positive, memorable customer experience Educate customers on current Verizon promotions, plans, and service options Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and service needs Collaborate with a supportive, fast-paced team focused on customer satisfaction Develop core communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching
What We're Looking For:
A positive, energetic attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Background in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus (not required) A drive for long-term growth — this role is built for advancement
Pay:
$1,100.00 - $1,600.00 per week
