Job Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly and professional Concierge attendant to join our team. As a Concierge attendant, you will be present for guests paying top dollar and staying in the premium rooms. You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Your role will involve assisting guests with various inquiries, making reservations, describing excursions and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized Lounge
• Restock and refresh Concierge Lounge ammenities as guests consume them.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Ability to work well in a team environment
