About Us At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness , we specialize in IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and wellness programs designed to help clients look and feel their best. We're growing our team and looking for an energetic professional who is passionate about health, wellness, and client care. Position Overview We're seeking a Wellness Concierge to join our Gahanna team! This role blends reception/front desk operations, social media leadership, and client engagement . You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent experience from the moment they walk in the door, while also driving community growth and membership sales. Bonus Career Growth A background as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or MA (Medical Assistant) makes this a great hybrid position with clinical insight, and candidates with this experience are eligible for increased salary potential . Key Responsibilities ✅ Greet clients and ensure a professional, welcoming environment Guide clients through their Prime IV experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments Lead and manage local social media campaigns to drive brand growth Engage with the community through events and partnerships Support membership sales and education Maintain front desk organization and assist with inventory management Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive, welcoming attitude Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, POS systems) Ability to multitask and stay organized Preferred but not required: LPN or MA background for hybrid role and increased salary Compensation & Perks $20.00/hour base pay Commission on membership sales Part-time schedule, minimum 30 hours/week Eligible for tip pool (if providing clinical services) Discounted IV services Professional growth and training opportunities Increased salary for LPN/MA backgrounds
