Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, and provides essential administrative support to the community. This role is integral to creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Twenty20 Management's mission: to improve the lives of our customers, uphold commitments to staff and residents, and contribute to a rewarding and enjoyable workplace.Weekend Shift Hours:
8a to 8p every weekendQUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, staff, and outside professionals.

- Must pass required background checks and meet all regulatory health and training requirements.
