Job Description

Position Summary The Member Services Coordinator is a hands-on, guest-facing role responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for Ambassadors and their guests. This position manages daily operational tasks, including check-ins, transportation, luggage handling, and activity reservations, while representing the Club in a polished and professional manner. The role also supports coordination of golf-related experiences and group logistics to ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Experience & Operations Facilitate a seamless check-in and departure process for guests. Manage transportation, including driving Club vehicles for guest transport, luggage handling, room accommodations, and activity reservations such as dining, hunting, spa, and other experiences. Conduct property tours for Ambassadors and guests. Prepare welcome materials such as welcome cards, room assignments, and bag tags. Serve as a primary point of contact for real-time guest needs and service recovery. Perform hands-on assistance as needed, including carrying luggage and assisting guests with in-person support throughout the property. Assist in coordinating golf groups, tee times, and related logistics in partnership with the Golf Operations team. Maintain and develop working knowledge of golf operations and terminology to effectively support Ambassador and guest needs. Communication & Coordination Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests. Maintain accurate documentation and shift handoff communication to support consistent service. Assist in operational planning and daily workflow coordination. Support special events, group arrivals, and high-volume periods as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall Club operations and guest experience needs. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in guest-facing situations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Willingness to learn and apply golf knowledge to enhance guest service. Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. Prior resort, hospitality, or private club experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in guest service or front-of-house operations. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk the full length of the property to conduct tours and support operations. Must be able to drive Club vehicles safely as required for guest transport. Must be able to lift and carry luggage, up to 75 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Schedule & Availability This role follows a Tuesday through Sunday schedule, with Mondays off and one additional day off rotated during the week to support team and business needs. We're looking for someone who enjoys flexibility and is available to work both 8:00 a.m.•4:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.•11:00 p.m. shifts as scheduled. We value team members who are adaptable and willing to support the operation across different shifts when needed.
Pay:
$46,000.00•$48,000.00 per year
