Be the Face of Our Office You'll often be the first point of contact for current and prospective agents, buyers and sellers, clients meeting with their agents, vendors and business partners, and members of our community.
You will:
Greet everyone who enters and make sure no one is left wondering where to go Answer and direct calls professionally Connect visitors with the right agent, staff member, meeting room, or resource Keep reception and common areas welcoming and professional Handle questions with discretion and good judgment We want people to walk in and immediately feel: "I'm in the right place, and these people care." Create an Exceptional Agent Experience You'll be a primary point of connection between our agents and the brokerage.

You'll help agents navigate Keller Williams technology, Google Workspace, Canva, local MLS resources, social media platforms, and AI and productivity tools, and explain them patiently to people at every experience level. What We're Looking For Warm, service-oriented, and professional in appearance and communication Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive:
you notice what needs to be done before anyone asks Dependable and accountable Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and interruptions Comfortable teaching others and working with many personalities Able to handle difficult conversations and maintain confidentiality Passionate about helping people succeed What Success Looks Like We measure results, not busyness.
Success includes:
Every visitor and caller receiving a consistently warm, professional experience New agents completing onboarding and staying engaged through their first 90 days Increased participation in training and events Increased adoption of KW technology and resources Timely resolution of agent questions and accurate, organized records Improved agent engagement and retention Experience & Qualifications 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, office management, real estate, training, or a related field Experience in a customer- or client-facing role Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and social media platforms Experience with Canva or CRM systems is a plus Real estate experience is helpful but not required We're willing to teach the right person our systems. We can't teach someone to genuinely care about people, take ownership, follow through, and bring a positive attitude every day. Why Join Us? Keller Williams is built around a culture of training, collaboration, and helping people build businesses and lives worth having. This is an opportunity to become an important part of the leadership, culture, and public face of our brokerage. Schedule Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during business hours. Because this is the primary in-office point of contact, consistent, dependable in-office attendance is essential. Occasional early morning, evening, or event availability may be required. Compensation Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. How to Apply Submit your resume with a brief response to this question: Why do you believe you would be great at creating an exceptional experience for both our real estate agents and the people who walk through our doors?
