We're looking for a friendly, organized Patient Experience Specialist to join our Jackson Boulevard front desk team. In this role, you'll help patients and families feel welcome, keep appointments running smoothly, and work closely with our clinical and administrative teams. General Duties include:

Greet patients and families and help them check in and out What we're looking for A warm, helpful approach to patient service Strong communication and attention to detail Comfort using computers and learning new systems The ability to manage several priorities in a busy office Reliability and a willingness to help the team Welcoming and greeting patients and family members Answer high volume calls & respond to questions Schedule and confirm appointments Keep patient information and schedules accurate Communicate clearly with teammates to support a smooth patient visit Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism Maintaining the patient appointment scheduling Handling all patient communications via text messaging and email Supporting the day-to-day success of the team

Requirements:

Excellent communication abilities--both in-person and electronically Friendly, determined to make our patients feel welcome Problem-solving skills Reliable Confident Great at multitasking Exceptional problem solver Strong work ethic and sense of personal integrity Front desk, healthcare, or dental experience is helpful, but we welcome applicants with strong customer service experience Come join our amazing team, and make this the last application you ever have to fill out.
