Job Description
TOPSHOT is a premier badminton and pickleball facility dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our members. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented sports enthusiast to join our front office team! Do you love sports and being around people? Do you have a passion for badminton, pickleball, or other paddle sports? If so, we want to hear from you! While previous experience is not required, Previous experience in sales and/or being a sports enthusiast will be a definite plus! Job Summary As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing member accounts, and supporting the overall operations of the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and guests warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Efficiently check members in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate record keeping. Conduct facility tours for prospective members and provide detailed information about membership benefits. Drive new membership sales through effective sales presentations and relationship building. Assist with the new member enrollment process, including collecting necessary information and processing payments. Film and edit weekly video recaps of summer camp activities Create short highlight videos of student training and progress Design marketing slides, fliers, and social graphics Build targeted campaigns to attract senior citizens for weekday programs Handle point-of-sale transactions, including memberships, merchandise, and court rentals. Assist with general front office duties, such as answering phones, managing email inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. (Bonus!) Share your passion for badminton, pickleball, or other paddle sports with our members! Qualifications and Requirements Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience creating and editing video content (smartphone skills welcome!) Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools Strong social media management experience Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
