2-3 Years Customer Service Experience About the Role Andrews Orthodontics is the premier orthodontic practice in the Brazos Valley, and we are growing fast! We love what we do, and our team works hard every day to deliver a dynamic, family-oriented, ultimate patient experience. We are looking for a high-energy, polished Front Office Concierge to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you will set the tone for every visit through exceptional customer service, warm communication, and seamless front-desk management. Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations Warmly greet patients and parents upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Answer incoming phone calls and manage all forms of patient and practice correspondence (texts, emails, vendor inquiries) with professionalism and warmth. Address patient questions, ensure smooth check-outs, and manage correspondence for referring dental offices. 2. Practice Collaboration & Financial Support Partner closely with the Benefits Coordinator and Financial Coordinator to assist in verifying insurance benefits and discussing payment arrangements. Keep communication channels open and aligned between the front office and clinical teams to maintain smooth appointment flow. Assist in creating, filming, and posting engaging social media content that showcases our team, culture, and patient smiles. 3. Administrative & Relationship Management Prioritize and handle multiple daily tasks independently in a high-volume, fast-moving office environment. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications & Attributes Experience:
2-3 years of high-touch customer service experience (hospitality, high-end retail, luxury service, or medical/dental front office).
Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a polished, positive, and approachable demeanor.
Multi-Tasking:
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Teamwork:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while contributing to a tight-knit team culture.
Organization:
Highly organized with great attention to detail and strong computer proficiency.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
