Job Description

About the Position United Realty's Resident Concierges create connections between our residents and property management. As the face of the resident experience, they must be customer-focused through helpful service and creating positive interactions. Being the first touch point, they are expected to greet in-person customers, answer phone calls, respond to digital messages, and follow up with voicemails within 24-hours. Resident Concierges are great communicators and peacemakers. They assist renters with creating plans to reduce their delinquency, troubleshooting common maintenance issues, completing the application process, and understanding lease terms. They must be well organized and able to prioritize their workload in order to perform under high-stress situations. A successful Resident Concierge manages their time and tasks, using organization and clear communication with coworkers, customers, and clients. Additional Information Monday - Friday 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM Bilingual in Spanish a Plus! (not required) Experience in Property Management/Real Estate a Plus!
