Guest Experience Associate (Kids Play Center) Katy, TX 77494 From $7.25 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract From $7.25 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract Overview At Kanga's Indoor Playcenter Katy, we are looking for responsible, proactive, and positive individuals to join our team. We are a family-focused indoor play center dedicated to creating memorable experiences for children and their families. We're seeking team members who are committed, reliable, and take pride in delivering excellent service in a fun and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, respectful, and proactive customer service Assist with the organization and execution of children's parties Make phone calls to schedule and confirm events Follow company processes, systems, and instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Work as a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience Requirements Responsible, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Comfortable working with children in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and established systems Good verbal communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Energetic, team-oriented, and solution-driven Previous experience in customer service or events is a plus (not required) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Schedule Flexible shifts, including weekends Part-time / Full-time opportunities available What We Offer Fun, family-friendly work environment Opportunities for growth Training in customer service and event coordination How to Apply If you are responsible, motivated, and enjoy working with children , we would love to hear from you!
