• Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions. Manage LeadsFollow-Up
• Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication. Support Front Desk Sales Execution
• Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging. Guide the Family JourneyExperience
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships. Track PerformanceResults
