In this role, you'll help lead the community's hospitality experience while building relationships with residents, families, and the surrounding community.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional hospitality services to residents, families, and caregivers. Create exciting and engaging community outreach programs for residents and prospective customers. Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and vendors. Collaborate with other Leisure Care communities to bring innovative services and value-added programs to life. Be a welcoming presence—ensuring residents and guests feel at home. Oversee Concierge, Housekeeping, and Life Enrichment departments.

What You'll Bring:

Top-notch communication skills—because making connections matters!
