Gloss Up Nail Bar & Headspa is hiring a Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, energetic, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and greet customers with a warm, positive attitude
• Check customers in and out
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Manage walk-in customers and coordinate appointments with technicians
• Operate the salon POS system and process payments accurately
• Communicate with nail technicians and HeadSpa technicians about appointments and customer needs
• Help customers select services and understand service pricing
• Assist technicians with supplies, drinks, color books, and other salon needs
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Restock supplies when needed
• Help maintain a smooth customer flow during busy hours
• Handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully
• Follow all salon policies, procedures, and customer-service standards
• Assist with other salon duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Fast learner and comfortable using computers and POS systems
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous salon, beauty, receptionist, or customer-service experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of nail salon and beauty services is preferred
