Elements Massage is looking for confident, engaging and motivated Wellness Sales & Guest Experience Associates to join our team. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. You'll play an important role in helping clients make massage, stretch and skincare part of their ongoing wellness routine while helping our studios grow. What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Client Experience You are the first and last impression our clients have of the studio. You'll welcome clients warmly, answer questions, manage appointments and ensure every interaction feels professional, personal and seamless. Help Clients Build a Wellness Routine You'll learn about each client's needs and educate them about the benefits of regular massage, stretch and skincare. Grow Our Wellness Program You'll confidently explain the Elements Wellness Program and follow our proven sales process to help clients determine whether membership is right for them. Build Relationships You'll connect with new and existing clients by asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully and creating an experience that builds loyalty. Turn Challenges Into Great Experiences When concerns arise, you'll listen, problem-solve and look for opportunities to turn client frustration into exceptional customer service. Support the Studio Team You'll work closely with managers, Massage Therapists, Estheticians and fellow front desk team members to keep the studio running smoothly and ensure our clients remain at the center of everything we do. Someone Who:

Is confident, warm, engaging and comfortable starting conversations Loves talking with people—but understands that great sales starts with great listening Is comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale Enjoys working toward measurable goals Is motivated by commissions and achievement-based compensation Provides exceptional hospitality and customer service Handles difficult conversations calmly and professionally Is dependable, organized and detail-oriented Works well in a team environment Is comfortable learning scheduling, payment and client-management software Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Membership or service sales Retail sales Hospitality Spa or wellness Fitness Medical aesthetics Salon or beauty Customer service Sales experience is preferred, but attitude, communication skills and coachability matter just as much.
