Job Description

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered health care services within a concierge medicine model. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care through extended visit times, smaller patient panel sizes, and a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. This opportunity includes inheriting an established patient panel from a retiring physician, offering immediate continuity and a built-in patient base.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine exams, assessments, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage personalized care plans Prescribe medications and coordinate treatment plans Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO required) Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized) Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain) 5-20 years of outpatient primary care experience required Demonstrated commitment to continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Must meet all federal, state, and local credentialing requirements
Additional Details:
100% outpatient setting; no inpatient responsibilities Smaller patient panel with extended appointment times Competitive compensation: $225,000 - $285,000 + benefits Transition support provided for seamless assumption of existing patient panel
