Job Description

Front Desk Concierge (a.k.a. Director of First Impressions) Keller Williams Bellevue - 4.3 Bellevue, WA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Free parking Qualifications Computer operation Teamwork Phone communication Mail distribution High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Relationship management Computer skills Full Job Description Is This You? You light up a room before you say a word. People remember you after one conversation. You'd rather learn ten names in a day than sit quietly at a desk. You've been told your whole life that you're "so easy to talk to" — and honestly, you kind of already knew that. If that's you, keep reading. If it's not, no hard feelings — this role will burn you out. But if it is you, this might be the best-fit job you've ever had. The Role Our Market Center runs on one simple truth: our associates are our clients. The Front Desk Concierge is the heartbeat of that relationship — the first smile, the first "hello," the first sense an agent gets that they've walked into a place that's got their back. This isn't a "sit and wait for the phone to ring" job. It's a hospitality role dressed up as an office role. You're the first face, the first voice, and the first vibe check every single person gets when they walk through our door — and we want that vibe to be electric. We believe in having the audacity to create a culture nobody wants to leave, and that culture starts at the front door. With you. Your warmth and your instinct for making people feel like they matter isn't a "nice to have" here — it's the actual job. More Than a Front Desk Here's the part most front desk jobs don't offer: you'll be woven into how we build our events and our agent experience, not just how we greet people at the door. Think culture, energy, and connection — at scale, not just one person at a time. Help bring our events, trainings, and agent gatherings to life — from the small touches to the big moments Be a visible, trusted presence agents look forward to seeing at Market Center happenings, not just the front desk Work directly alongside the MCA and Team Leader on the initiatives that shape how our office feels Turn one-time visitors into regulars who genuinely want to be here If you're the kind of person who lives for planning the party, remembering the detail that makes someone feel special, and reading a room — this is where that superpower gets used. Our Belief System Everything we do is built on: Win-Win, or No Deal — every interaction should leave people better off, not just us Integrity — do the right thing, especially when no one's watching Customers — our associates always come first Commitment — in all things, big or small Communication — seek first to understand before being understood Creativity — ideas before results Teamwork — together, everyone achieves more Trust — starts with honesty Equity — opportunities for all Success — results through people As the Front Desk Concierge, you'll live these out daily. You're often the first person to model them for anyone walking through the door. What You'll Do Be the Energy of the Office Answer every call with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism Greet every single person — associate, vendor, guest — with a genuine smile and real enthusiasm Make people feel like this is the office they want to work out of Take Care of the Details Route calls accurately and efficiently Receive and sort mail and deliveries Keep the reception area and common spaces neat, professional, and welcoming Balance helpfulness with phone coverage — never let one suffer for the other Bring the Culture to Life Support event planning and day-of execution for Market Center gatherings, trainings, and agent events Assist the MCA and Team Leader with day-to-day operations and special projects Share the Market Center's story with associates and visitors — you'll know it well enough to tell it like it's your own Speak up when you notice what's affecting associate satisfaction — you'll often see it before anyone else does Who You'll Build Relationships With Sales Associates — daily, and you'll know most of them by name within weeks MCA — daily Team Leader — daily, with direct visibility into how the office is run What You Bring A naturally positive, can't-help-yourself-you-just-like-people energy — this one's non-negotiable Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills A neat, professional appearance Confidence on the phone The instinct to make someone feel seen within thirty seconds of meeting them Basic computer proficiency High school diploma Management Responsibilities None on paper — but your influence on team morale is bigger than any title on this org chart.
