Pay Range:
$34- $36 per hour DOE + Commission!
Shift Type:
Full-time Responsibilities Cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents and family members. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins timely and appropriately. Close sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Initiate, develop, and manage relationships with sales referral sources to increase referrals. Generate and sustain quality and quantity of leads. Know and stay up to date on the offerings of other retirement communities in the area including but not limited to services as well as charges. Attend internal and external marketing events. Build excitement for the future community. Maintain details records and utilize the Customer Relationship Management database. Work cooperatively with supervisors and staff and maintain a good working relationship with all staff. Upholds the RRC Values in all interactions. Performs all other duties as assigned.
