We are looking to hire motivated individuals to join our SMBC kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience and a desire to work in a scratch kitchen. While experience is preferred; if you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain stations in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Have fun while cooking food and working the line Must work weekends Must have Open Availability Flexible schedule Participate in tip-sharing Employee Menu Discounted merchandise
