We look forward to meeting you! Seeking a cook for Monday-Wednesday lunch and dinner service, and dinner service Sunday and Thursday for our elder care community. Duties include preparing and plating dinner for 20 residents plus staff; followed by kitchen cleanup including the dishes. One must be familiar with varying degrees of food consistencies unique to the elder population (ie: mechanical soft, pureed, etc), and also possess some knowledge of special diets (diabetic, vegetarian). Time management is extremely important, as is cleanliness and food safety protocols.
