Part-Time / Full-Time Pellegrino's Italian Kitchen is a new, family-owned Italian restaurant opening soon in Glendora. We're building our opening kitchen team and looking for dependable people who enjoy working with food and being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. Our menu includes Italian sandwiches, pasta, chicken cutlets, Italian beef, meatballs, salads, fries, and other Italian favorites. Responsibilities Prepare menu items according to our recipes and portion standards Work assigned stations including sandwich, pasta, fryer, and other line positions Cook, assemble, and plate orders accurately and efficiently Complete basic food prep as needed Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow proper food handling, temperature, sanitation, and allergen procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Communicate with other team members during busy service Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to follow recipes, procedures, and portion standards Willing to learn multiple stations Team-oriented with a good attitude Able to maintain cleanliness and organization while working Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable applicants who are eager to learn What We Offer Tips in addition to hourly pay Employee meals during qualifying shifts Employee and family/guest discounts Hands-on training Opportunities to cross-train and grow with the restaurant A small, family-owned work environment where everyone is expected to contribute Availability We are hiring for a variety of schedules, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
