Tasty Delicious is a brand-new, high-volume fast-casual burger concept opening in San Anselmo, CA — built on the energy of classic American burger stands and the craft of today's best smash-burger kitchens. We're assembling an experienced, fast-moving crew who take pride in cooking every order right, every time. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Cook every menu item to order on our flat-top grill and fryer stations with speed and precision Execute our signature smash burger technique to recipe standard — consistent weight, sear, and temp, every time Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked through every shift, no exceptions Follow food safety, temperature, and FIFO rotation standards at all times Communicate ticket times and any issues clearly with your Shift Leader Pitch in on daily prep — slicing, portioning, and restocking the line

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred Comfort working a flat-top grill and/or commercial fryer a plus Ability to move fast and stay accurate in a high-volume kitchen environment A team-first attitude and pride in doing things the right way Must be 18+; able to stand 6-7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs Food handler's card required (or willing to obtain before first shift)

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
